By availing Help N Care services, you acknowledge that digital processing, documentation, and filing work once started cannot always be reversed or refunded.
However, we strive to offer fair and transparent resolutions in genuine cases.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Service Cancellation Before Processing

If you request a cancellation before we start working on your service or before any document is submitted, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting:

  • Administrative charges

  • Consultation fees (if applicable)

2.2 Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once our team has started processing your file—such as document review, data entry, insurance consultation, or application preparation—cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be provided.

2.3 Cancellation After Submission to Authorities

If your application or filing has already been submitted to:

  • Income Tax Department

  • Insurance company

  • Government portal

  • Third-party institution

Then cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.


3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

No refund is applicable under the following situations:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the user

  • Rejection by government departments or insurance companies due to external reasons

  • Delay or system downtime from government portals

  • Change of mind after service has started

  • Application already processed or filed

3.2 Refund in Case of Overpayment

If you accidentally pay multiple times for the same service, the excess amount will be:

  • Refunded within 7–10 working days, OR

  • Adjusted in future services (as per your choice)

3.3 Refund Due to Service Non-Execution

If, for any reason, Help N Care is unable to process your request without any fault on your part, we will refund the full amount or adjust it toward another service.

5. MODE OF REFUND

Approved refunds will be processed through:

Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.


6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Government fees, taxes, or third-party charges are non-refundable.

  • Help N Care is not responsible for delays caused by external authorities.

  • All disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
